If you have more than one, full size mirrors that you can use for this….even better……
But if not, this is a nice visualization to try….if you are of the mind to….or not…….
Imagine yourself between two mirrors where you can fully see yourself…….four would be even more profound……..but two will do………..think of it as a trinity exercise……..
Now
There you are between images of yourself
Behind the first images are infinite images
Of you
Look at yourself for awhile….
Get the feel of it………..
And see
That there are an infinite number of
Images of you………..
Now
Visualize each and every one of those images as different from the rest while still being you…….
Your neighbor and neighbors
Family and friends
People you’ve seen
People you haven’t seen
Aliens
Craft
Stars
Planets
Suns
Items and objects
Blades of grass and insects
mountains, oceans and trees
prairies, plains, deserts, valleys, forests
clouds, raindrops…………wind
earth, air, fire, water…..ether………..
Birds and beasts
Fish, whales and dolphins
atoms, molecules, black holes, nebulae……….dust
And so on and so forth
Ad infinitum…….literally………………………….
Ponder that in your soul transponder
And let me know how it feels……………..
second exercise soon……………i’m still playing with this one…..wow…
Here, there and everywhere.
I am here in the now, I am always here in the now, my perceptions can only ever be here in the now.
There is yesterday and can also be tomorrow, but that type of duality is either memory or forethought or planning of the what is to come.
Only movement exists, yes, it is the experience that forms our consciousness and builds it’s memories.
I am for ever now in the here which is in reality everywhere if only I can expand my consciousness to know all of the here and now in everywhere, in everything, just like the Universal Father.
The journey in movement is long, thorough, and eternal.
Now is a very long thought to hold, but hold it will, and expand is it’s purpose.
Amazing really!
