   As promised a big wave of energy is hitting us – due Sep. 8 or 9, CME and Solar Wind together.
   It not only shakes our consciousness awake, but strengthens the storms and earthquakes. It also affects our bodies with pains and exhaustion.
   Time to send light consciously and consistently to any dark spot perceived. Time to pray as never before – pray to sooth the forces of nature – pray for Gaia/Earth – PRAY FOR UNDERSTANDING AND BALANCE.

   HILARION – “Understanding leads to peace and balance – so shall your body reflect the same.”

   M. – rest and drink water – watch your thoughts and emotions – keep calm.
   Water helps to keep the energies flowing.
   Rest and calm are important – exhaustion leads to pessimism and negativity, which is a BIG NO-NO.

   May the strength of God uphold and guide you.
